Este é o 5º Relatório de Transparência Salarial e de Critérios Remuneratório, elaborado e disponibilizado pelo Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego em decorrência da Lei 14.611/2023 (Lei de Igualdade Salarial). O Relatório conta com informações acerca dos critérios remuneratórios, políticas de contratação de mulheres e políticas de promoção de mulheres a cargos de gerência e direção e iniciativas de apoio para o compartilhamento de responsabilidades familiares.
