This Wednesday (1st), Diamante welcomed more than 100 students from the Santa Catarina Marine Apprentice School (EAMSC), from the electrical, electroelectronic and electrical technical courses, for a visit to the Jorge Lacerda Thermoelectric Complex, through the Visits Program.
The activity provided the Clutchmen (GR) of the Romeo 2025 Gang with the opportunity to learn more about the operation of thermoelectric generation and expand the learning acquired in the classroom, connecting theory and practice. This experience helps to enrich professional training and bring future technicians closer to the reality of the energy sector.
During the visit, the students showed great interest, were delighted with the structure of the company and highlighted how impactful the experience was for their development. On behalf of the class, one of the students, GR Elias Rodrigues, son and grandson of professionals in the field, asked for the floor and thanked him especially for the opportunity to experience this exchange of knowledge.
For Diamante, receiving groups like this represents not only a moment of learning, but also of getting closer to the community and strengthening institutional ties, reaffirming its commitment to the society in which it operates.
