Diamante expands social impact in 2025 and consolidates itself among the greatest supporters of culture in SC

In 2025, Diamante made consistent progress in strengthening its activities in Social Responsibility, expanding its positive impact in the territories where it operates and consolidating management that is increasingly structured, transparent and aligned with the business strategy.

Throughout the year, he supported 83 social projects, benefiting 57 partner institutions, through the investment of own resources, tax incentives and asset donation, being earmarked more than R$ 13 million to encouraged projects, with 100% utilization of available resources, reinforcing the company's commitment to the generation of social value.

In recognition of this performance, Diamante became part of the group of six largest companies providing resources to culture in Santa Catarina, according to data from the Ministry of Culture, evidencing its role in the cultural promotion and social development of the State.

Another significant advance was the strengthening of social governance, with the approval of Social Responsibility Policy, which establishes clear guidelines for managing the company's social impacts. Decisions related to social investments are subject to specialized technical analysis and are supported by internal governance bodies, such as the Internal Social Responsibility Commission (CIRES).

Among the highlights of 2025, the own social programs of the company evolved and expanded their reach, with initiatives aimed at social inclusion, female empowerment, sustainability and rapprochement with the community, reinforcing Diamante's commitment to local development and solid institutional relations.

Other initiatives, with the same purpose, also marked the period, such as the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the CTJL, with a free national show, with the participation of more than 15,000 people, and social inclusion actions for socially vulnerable children, such as the opportunity for more than a thousand students who attended the Mirage Circus show.

The 2025 results show the maturing of Diamante's social activities. For 2026, the company will remain focused on continuous improvement and the expansion of its social actions in the CTJL and Energia Pecém units.
