Diamante Energia's participation in the 3rd Encanto do Sul Regional Tourism Forum marked the company's entry into the IGR - Regional Tourism Governance Instance (AMREC and Amurel). Held this Tuesday (11/11), at the Hangar 737 event space, in Tubarão/SC, the event was created to unite the coast, interior and mountains, in addition to professionalizing tourism in the south of Santa Catarina.

With the initiative, Diamante Energia, Manager of the Jorge Lacerda Thermoelectric Complex, joins the Advisory Chamber of IGR Encanto do Sul. In addition, it also marks the presence of the private sector in the regional tourism board and demonstrates Diamante's support and support for the project, encouraging tourism and also public sector actions in the sector.

The IGR - Regional Tourism Governance Instance will carry out technical work together with the private sector, aimed at the development of tourism in the southern region.

The Administrative Manager of Diamante Energia and President of Diamante +Energy Park, Valdeci Algayer, who represented the company at the event, highlights the importance of the initiative: “Diamante's entry to IGR Encanto do Sul is due to the company being the maintainer of the Diamante +Energy Park and, in its vision of the future, the park's premise is to 'Make Diamante Park +Energia a tourism reference in the south of Santa Catarina', at first and, in the future, a reference in the state and in Brazil”.

Diamante Energia is the first company to join IGR. This initiative aims to encourage other companies in the region to also join the IGR and to encourage regional social and economic development through tourism.
