With 700 hours of duration, the course will be held from March to December 2026, from Monday to Friday, from 19:00 to 22:30, and eventually on Saturdays, at SENAI of Capivari de Baixo.
The objective is to train professionals trained to work in Operation of thermoelectric power plants, focusing on control, monitoring, and maintenance of industrial electric power generation systems. Throughout the training, students will have subjects about fundamentals of electricity, thermodynamics, industrial automation, operational and environmental safety, in addition to practices aimed at interpretation of diagrams and efficient operation of industrial equipment.
As part of the partnership, Diamante Geração de Energia will offer Up to 15 paid internship vacancies in the Power Plant Operation sector of Jorge Lacerda Thermoelectric Complex (CTJL), with internship grant, health care, food and transportation. The internship is scheduled to start in second half of 2026, an excellent gateway to the labor market at one of the largest thermal generation companies in the country. In addition, Diamante will grant 25 50% scholarships for the highest-ranked students in the selection process.
Candidates can register with Complete high school, over 18 years until the start of the internship and technical training in areas such as Industrial Automation, Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, Mechanics, Electronics, Electroelectronics or Electrical Power Generation Processes. Professionals will also be accepted with proven experience in related areas, according to the notice.
