The month of September was special at CTJL. Every Saturday, the 60-year Special Visiting Program welcomed 468 visitors, including employees and their families, who had the opportunity to get up close and personal with the place where so many professional stories are built.
In addition to showing the stages of the thermoelectric power generation process, work safety practices and socio-environmental initiatives, the initiative provided moments of integration.
For many, it was the first time that family members were able to enter the work environment, strengthening the link between personal and professional life and further valuing the role of each employee in Diamante's trajectory.
The Program is still open to groups interested in learning about the CTJL. Visits are free, organized subject to availability of schedules, after registration on the Diamante website.
